Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the following rights:
Right to Access
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, how it is being processed, and who it has been shared with. Contact our DPO to request this information.
Right to Correction
If any of your personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you can request that we correct or update it.
Right to Erasure
You can request deletion of your personal data. We will erase your data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.
Right to Nominate
You can nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity. This ensures your data is protected even when you cannot act yourself.
Right to Grievance Redressal
If you believe your rights have been violated or you have concerns about our data processing, you can file a grievance with our Data Protection Officer. We will respond within 30 days.
